This information is to provide Member Association related to Registration Windows actions. This guide is only applicable to Members Associations that have Registration Windows.  


What occurs when the Registration Window is Closed

  • The 'New Player' menu is no longer accessible to Clubs, Regional Association (RA), and District Association (DA) users
  • MA users may still drill down to club level to add players or transfer players (if required).


New Player Registration behaviour while Registration Window is closed

  • It's not possible to commence a New Player Registration - The user is not able to progress passed the 'Registration' step
  • If a club has previously commenced a New Player Registration and has passed the 'Registration' step, but did not complete (and submit), they are able to resume the New Player Registration from the 'Incomplete Registrations' page (under the Club Work Tasks menu), and then submit the registration.


Player Transfer Registration behaviour while Registration Window is closed

  • It's not possible to commence a new Transfer Request
  • It's possible to approve an existing Transfer Request
  • It's not possible to continue with an approve Transfer Request - The user is not able to progress passed the 'Registration' step
  • If a club has previously commenced a Transfer and has passed the 'Registration' step, but did not complete (and submit), they are able to resume the Transfer from the 'Incomplete Registrations' page (under the Club Work Tasks menu), and then submit the Transfer.
